Can you help this design student?

'I am re designing a tablet crusher for people with RA. Existing products I have looked at are small, fiddly and involve a screw thread mechanism.

I am looking at using the palm for this task, and have come up with a basic concept but am in the development phase of my product.
I have a few small models and it would be great if I could get in touch with some RA sufferers to discuss this issue further.
